Sheffield training brokerage company, Right4Training, has added a new member to its expanding team.

Sharon Mckennan, from Dronfield, Sheffield, has joined the company as business development manager, where she will be responsible for identifying new training needs and undertaking marketing research and analysis.

Previously, Sharon worked for The Training Exchange as independent training advisor, where she worked on government funded training contracts.

Sharon said: “This is an exciting role. It’s a fast moving company with a lot of variety.”

Right4Training, set up in October 2009, is a free online portal which brings together companies who are looking to up-skill their staff with training providers from across Yorkshire and the Humber.

The website offers cross-sector training and ensures providers are given a fair split of the work available.

Katrina Bagshaw, founder of Bravura and Managing Director of Right4Training, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Sharon to the team. Given her previous experience we are sure she’ll be an asset to the company as we continue to develop.”
